Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club today announced a $2 million renovation plan for its multi-purpose family swimming pool area. Construction is set to begin this October, with a completion date in late spring 2020.

Flagler Health+ announced today that it has entered into an agreement with GATE Lands, the real estate subsidiary of GATE Petroleum Company, to purchase 40 acres within the company’s Durbin Park development. Phase one of this project will introduce a Flagler Health+ Village that incorporates family practice, women’s care, pediatrics, urgent care, imaging and laboratory services.

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club announced a $40 million committment to fully renovate and modernize the 18-hole Ocean Course. The course will close for a full year in order to restore greens, fairways, tees and more along with significant improvements to the driving range and practice facilities.
