GATE acquires the real estate assets of Stockton, Whatley & Davin, assuming ownership of Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, Deerwood Country Club, Ponte Vedra Realty and additional property throughout Northeast Florida, including 14,000 acres in Northeastern St. Johns County.
